SSE Executive Education invites you to be one of the companies forming our consortium program – Strategic Procurement Management – the next level of procurement that drive value and growth in your organization.
The program is within the field of procurement to leverage modern research and proven models to help our participating companies to be among the highest performing procurement organizations.
The Strategic Procurement Management Program serves as a forum for dialog and development of companies’ procurement functions through close cooperation between participants and senior managers from partner companies
The program enhances participants’ abilities to communicate financial and non-financial models, and provide key indicators and conclusions. This secures value creation within the company.
Purpose and goal
The purpose is to strengthen the core competence in strategic procurement. This is done by providing the latest knowledge, new perspectives, tools and models – challenging “business as usual”. The goal is to develop participants’ abilities to create competitive advantage in strategic procurement.
Participant Profile
The program is intended for those responsible for procurement – i.e. CPO:s, their Direct Reports and other senior individuals working with Strategic Management.
