Program directors
Our program directors design the content, process and teaching methods and ensure the theme is adhered to throughout the program. Program directors are on-site and responsible for every program round. They also lead group processes and work with participants to help them convert and adapt knowledge to satisfy personal and organizational needs and challenges in the best way possible.
