Martin Sköld is Associate Professor at the Centre for Innovation and Operations Management at Stockholm School of Economics. Much of his research in the automotive sector has been conducted in close collaboration with executives in large corporations. Martin’s research and teaching cover mergers and acquisitions, synergies and technology strategies in industrial groups. He is a member of the board of Concentric, listed on the Nasdaq OMX Exchange. Martin also frequently appears on television as a commentator on the automotive industry.
