The results are from the largest annual ranking of executive education, in which the Financial Times compares the world’s top business schools that offer various forms of executive education, upper management and leadership development programs.

“We are extremely proud to be ranked once again at the top of this prestigious list. Our position as the Nordic region’s best international business school shows that our programs continue to be relevant for participants,” says Anders Richtnér, CEO of SSE Executive Education.

He continues, “The results also say that we continue to be a competitive global player and can handle the rapid rate of change in our industry. Our position should be viewed in light of the fact that there are 14,000 business schools worldwide, only a few of which qualify for the Financial Times ranking.”

SSE Executive Education is a part of the Stockholm School of Economics and was founded in order to strengthen the Swedish business community. The operation has helped companies and organizations to develop their practices, leaders, specialists and employees since 1969. This year, the operation celebrates its 50-year anniversary and a large part of the long-term success can be credited to close collaborations and partnerships with customers. Together they have successfully created programs that help develop customers’ leaders and employees, and ultimately their businesses and competitiveness.

“Our most important factor for success is that we have the opportunity to work closely with our customers on their strategic challenges. This is what helps us to continuously improve,” says Anders Richtnér.
