Cancellation Policy *
Terms of payment Fee payments must be received by SSE Executive Education within thirty days from the date of the invoice, though no later than the program start date in the event of late registration. Cancellation In case of cancellation 50% of the program fee will be refunded for cancellations made between eight and four weeks before the program start date. No refunds will be made for cancellations made later than four weeks before the program start date. Cancellations must always be made in writing. Travel and lodging Travel and lodging expenses are not included in the program fees. SSE Executive Education makes lodging reservations for participants of in-residence programs. Participants are responsible for making cancellations in accordance with study center/hotel regulations and are liable for any cancellation costs. Miscellaneous SSE Executive Education reserves the right to cancel a program, in which case paid program fees will be refunded. Additional compensation will not be paid. Personal data in this form will be stored at SSE Executive Educations database and treated confidentially. The information will not be sold or used for any other purpose.

Description

We are in the midst of a strategic turn in business, where sustainability comes to the center of corporate strategy and business innovation.

This program gives you tools to develop a sustainability strategy and align it with overall business strategy. It opens for business development seeing sustainability challenges as the next arena for innovation.

Program Content

Day 1: Strategic CSR

The first day is about forming a common ground for discussions, where we map the development of sustainability strategy and connect it to business strategy. We discuss thinking and language building on both theory and your experiences.

Day 2: Innovation and CSR

The second day is about working with hands-on tools for building a sustainable business strategy and innovations. Through live cases we discuss and develop both a strategy and a plan as well as practice for innovation. The concept of Shared Value is in the center for our thinking.

Day 3: Assignment

The third day will be one of presentations and feedback on the assignment connected, where participants meet for half a day and discuss with peers and selected external experts. Through the assignment participants get hands on support on actual actions to improve their sustainable business strategy.

Coaching

There will be digital coaching sessions offered on the assignments in between course day two and three to further support participants own projects.

After the program Sustainability Strategy & Innovation, you will increase your ability to handle:
