Emma Stenström

Emma has a background in business and humanities. Her research concerns mainly the humanistic side of leadership. She has spent many years exploring the cross-pollination between arts and business, but in recent years her focus has shifted to leadership for inner and social development. Today, she spends most of the time developing methods to bridge divides and burst silos in organizations and society.

Teaching and outreach

  • Emma has a large and varied teaching portfolio with a focus on leadership for sustainability. She has been awarded “Teacher of
    the Year” twice at SSE and received the “Corporate Partners Pedagogical Award” in 2021.
  • Emma is a columnist in Dagens Industri since 2000 and
    has published more than 400 columns.
