Per Strömberg

Per Strömberg is SSE Centennial Professor of Finance and Private Equity, Director of the Swedish House of Finance (SHOF) and Adjunct Associate Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

His research focuses on bankruptcy and private equity finance and has twice won the Brattle Group Prize for best corporate finance paper published in the Journal of Finance.

At SSE, he teaches “Venture Capital and Private Equity” and at the University of Chicago “Cases in Financial Strategy.” Strömberg is also Vice Chairman of the Board of the Sixth Swedish AP Fund.
