Sustainable leadership – a good start for successful organizations
Stress costs. Sweden has seen sick pay numbers double in five years, with stress accounting for a third of the overall figure. In addition to the personal suffering and direct costs of sick leave and recruitment, there is the cost of lost potential – low productivity, inefficient teams and poor conditions for innovation.
