Pernilla Petrelius Karlberg joins IFL as program leader
From this fall the Executive Leadership Program at IFL at the Stockholm School of Economics will be led by Pernilla Petrelius Karlberg. She is a Doctor of Economics and a researcher and teacher with many years’ experience.
The Executive Leadership Program is designed for business leaders in both the private and public sectors, providing a comprehensive overview of business and leadership. Participants increase their understanding of contexts that are important at senior management level, while deepening their self-understanding and relationships with colleagues.
Pernilla Petrelius Karlberg’s research interest is the challenge faced by leaders and company boards in a media-saturated world where ever-greater transparency is demanded.
Her publications include the book “CEOs under pressure – how the media is shaping business leadership.”
”With my research background I hope to encourage participants to ask themselves new questions and to take discussions to a deeper level. The program offers an opportunity for reflection and learning that one seldom has time for in daily life,” says Pernilla Petrlius Karlberg.
Pernilla is program leader for the SSE MBA Executive Format and has taught trainee financial journalists at the Poppius School of Journalism as well as working as teacher at Stockholm School of Economics.
